To facilitate a smooth and efficient check-in process for both Organizers and Attendees, Eventful Sunday provides a QR code-based ticket scanning system. This ensures that the entry process is fast and secure, minimizing potential delays at the event venue.
- QR Code Tickets: Upon purchasing a ticket, Attendees will receive a unique QR code via email or mobile app, which they can present at the event for scanning.
- QR Code Scanning for Organizers: Organizers can use the Eventful Sunday mobile app or other compatible devices to scan tickets at the event entrance. This ensures that only valid tickets are accepted and helps prevent fraudulent or duplicate entries.
- Real-Time Check-In Tracking: The check-in system provides real-time data, allowing Organizers to monitor attendee entry and ensure that the event stays within the venue’s capacity limits.
5.4 Fraud Prevention
Eventful Sunday is committed to preventing fraudulent ticket sales and unauthorized transactions. The platform implements various safeguards, including:
- Fraud Detection Tools: Our advanced fraud detection algorithms analyze transactions for suspicious activity, helping to protect both Organizers and Attendees from potential scams.
- Chatbot Support for Fraud Prevention: Eventful Sunday offers AI-powered chatbot support to assist Attendees with any questions related to ticket authenticity. This reduces the risk of purchasing tickets from unverified or secondary sources.
- Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
Event cancellations and refund policies are critical aspects of event management. This section explains the responsibilities of both Organizers and Attendees regarding cancellations, refunds, and ticket rescheduling, ensuring that both parties are clear about their rights and obligations.
6.1 Cancellation by Organizers
Organizers are fully responsible for managing any cancellations or changes to their events. If an event is canceled, the Organizer must:
- Notify Attendees Promptly: The Organizer must immediately inform all ticket holders of the cancellation through the Eventful Sunday platform. Notifications should also include instructions on the refund process or information regarding any potential rescheduling of the event.
- Issue Refunds: The Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds to all ticket holders in accordance with their stated refund policy. Organizers should ensure that their refund policies are clearly outlined in the event listing so that Attendees are aware of the terms prior to purchasing tickets. If the Organizer has already received payouts from Eventful Sunday, they are obligated to return the funds to facilitate refunds.
6.2 Refunds
While Eventful Sunday facilitates the ticketing process, it does not directly handle refunds between Organizers and Attendees. However, the platform may assist in coordinating the refund process by providing necessary tools and support. Refunds are governed by the individual refund policies set by the Organizer, and Eventful Sunday is not responsible for disputes arising from these policies.
- Refund Policy Transparency: Organizers must clearly state their refund policy in the event listing, specifying whether refunds are available and under what circumstances (e.g., cancellation, no-shows, postponements).
- Refund Disputes: Eventful Sunday offers support in resolving disputes between Organizers and Attendees, but it is ultimately the Organizer’s responsibility to fulfill refund obligations as stated in their policy.
6.3 Attendee Cancellations
In the event that an Attendee needs to cancel their ticket purchase, the refund process is subject to the Organizer’s refund policy. If refunds are permitted, Attendees may cancel their booking through the Eventful Sunday platform, and any applicable refunds will be processed according to the Organizer’s guidelines.
- No Refund Events: If an Organizer specifies that an event is non-refundable, Attendees will not be eligible for a refund in case of cancellation. It is the Attendee’s responsibility to review the refund policy before purchasing tickets.
6.4 Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled rather than canceled, the Organizer must notify Attendees of the new date and time. Attendees who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may be eligible for a refund, depending on the Organizer’s policy. The Organizer must provide clear instructions to Attendees on how to request a refund or transfer their ticket to the new event date.
This expanded section provides a comprehensive overview of the Event Listings and Ticketing processes, as well as the Event Cancellation and Refund Policy, ensuring that both Organizers and Attendees understand their roles and responsibilities when it comes to managing events, purchasing tickets, and handling any potential cancellations or rescheduling.

- Liability Disclaimer
Eventful Sunday, operated by CubeQ Analytica, serves as an event discovery and management platform, facilitating the interaction between event Organizers and Attendees. While Eventful Sunday provides the tools necessary for event listing, ticket sales, and promotion, it acts solely as a third-party intermediary between Organizers and Attendees. CubeQ Analytica assumes no responsibility for the actual execution of the events, the behavior of the participants, or any other risks associated with the events hosted on the platform.
By using Eventful Sunday, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability:
10.1 No Guarantee of Event Quality or Availability
Eventful Sunday does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any events listed on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Event Quality: CubeQ Analytica does not endorse or guarantee that the event will meet the expectations set by the Organizer’s descriptions. The platform is not responsible for verifying the quality of the performance, activities, or experience provided during the event.

Eventful Sunday does not ensure that events will occur as scheduled, that venues will be suitable, or that ticket availability will be sufficient to meet demand.
10.2 Event Cancellations, Changes, or Postponement
While Eventful Sunday provides an easy-to-use system for creating, managing, and promoting events, the platform does not control the operations of these events. Organizers retain full control over whether an event takes place as planned, which means that:
- Cancellations: Eventful Sunday is not liable for any financial losses, inconveniences, or disappointments caused by the cancellation of an event by the Organizer. If an event is canceled, the Organizer is responsible for providing refunds or alternative arrangements according to their own policies.
- Changes or Postponements: Changes to event details, such as dates, venues, performers, or other logistics, are beyond the control of Eventful Sunday. If such changes occur, Eventful Sunday will make reasonable efforts to inform Attendees, but CubeQ Analytica is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by these changes.
10.3 Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
While Eventful Sunday employs advanced security measures to protect users from fraudulent activities, CubeQ Analytica cannot guarantee that every transaction will be free of fraud. Unauthorized transactions may occur in the following circumstances:

- Third-Party Transactions: Eventful Sunday may link to third-party ticketing sites or payment processors. CubeQ Analytica is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the use of these third-party services, including unauthorized access, payment failures, or service disruptions.
10.4 Organizer-Attendee Disputes
Any disputes that arise between Organizers and Attendees, such as disagreements about refunds, ticket transfers, or dissatisfaction with an event, are to be resolved directly between the parties involved. Eventful Sunday provides the platform for these interactions but is not responsible for mediating disputes or enforcing event policies set by the Organizer.
- Refund Disputes: Organizers are solely responsible for managing and honoring their refund policies. CubeQ Analytica is not liable for any disputes regarding refunds, and Eventful Sunday’s role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure for issuing refunds.
- Event Conduct: CubeQ Analytica is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by attendees as a result of participating in an event, including accidents at the venue, misconduct by other attendees, or issues related to security at the event. These issues fall under the responsibility of the Organizer and the venue operator.

Users acknowledge that the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Eventful Sunday is not responsible for any damages arising from:

10.6 Third-Party Content and Links
Eventful Sunday may display content or links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by CubeQ Analytica. While Eventful Sunday strives to only include reputable partners and services, CubeQ Analytica does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for any third-party content or services. Users who interact with third-party content or websites linked from Eventful Sunday do so at their own risk, and CubeQ Analytica disclaims any responsibility for damages, data breaches, or issues arising from the use of these external services.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CubeQ Analytica, including its affiliates, partners, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Eventful Sunday platform or any events listed therein. This limitation applies to any claims related to:
- Loss of Revenue: CubeQ Analytica shall not be held liable for any losses in revenue or profits that may occur due to event cancellations, changes, or ticket disputes.

CubeQ Analytica is not liable for any damages that are indirect, incidental, or consequential in nature. These types of damages may include (but are not limited to):
- Lost Profits: Organizers acknowledge that ticket sales and event attendance may fluctuate due to factors outside of CubeQ Analytica’s control, and Eventful Sunday cannot be held responsible for any reduction in expected profits.
- Inconvenience or Emotional Distress: Any emotional distress, inconvenience, or non-financial losses experienced as a result of canceled or rescheduled events are not covered under these Terms.
- Attendee Behavior: CubeQ Analytica is not responsible for the actions or behavior of event Attendees or third-party participants. Any damages or liabilities caused by Attendees to property, the venue, or other individuals are the sole responsibility of the Organizer and Attendees involved.
11.2 Maximum Aggregate Liability
In any instance where CubeQ Analytica is found liable for direct damages, the maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User to CubeQ Analytica for access to the platform or the specific event that led to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. If the claim is related to ticket purchases, CubeQ Analytica’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased through the platform.
- Changes to the Terms
CubeQ Analytica reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms may be necessary due to evolving business needs, legal requirements, or improvements in the platform’s services and functionalities.

In such cases, you will be asked to acknowledge and accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the platform. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Eventful Sunday immediately.

It ensures that Users understand the potential risks involved with using the platform and sets forth clear guidelines regarding the handling of disputes, damages, and modifications to these Terms.
- Governing Law
The Governing Law section outlines the legal framework under which the Terms and Conditions of Eventful Sunday, operated by CubeQ Analytica, are interpreted and enforced. By using the Eventful Sunday platform, you agree that any legal issues, disputes, or claims that arise in connection with your use of the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction outlined in this section. Understanding the governing law is crucial as it defines which courts have authority, what legal principles apply, and how legal disputes will be handled. Below is an in-depth explanation of the Governing Law for Eventful Sunday.
13.1 Legal Jurisdiction
The Eventful Sunday platform, including its services, content, and agreements, is governed by the laws of England and Wales. CubeQ Analytica, the operator of Eventful Sunday, is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, and therefore, UK laws, particularly the laws of England and Wales, apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
- Location of Operation: As Eventful Sunday operates primarily within the UK, its operations, business practices, and service offerings are structured in compliance with UK laws and regulations. This includes legal standards for business transactions, intellectual property, contract formation, consumer protection, data privacy, and other relevant areas of law.
- Primary Jurisdiction: In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms, you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. This means that any legal claims or disputes between CubeQ Analytica and a User must be brought to and resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
13.2 Application of UK Law
By using the Eventful Sunday platform, you agree that your rights, obligations, and liabilities under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of your geographical location or where the event you are attending or organizing takes place. Key areas of UK law that may apply include:
- Contract Law: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between CubeQ Analytica and the User. Under UK contract law, both parties are obligated to fulfill their duties as outlined in these Terms. In case of any disputes regarding the interpretation or enforcement of this contract, UK contract law will apply.
- Consumer Protection Law: Eventful Sunday complies with UK consumer protection laws, which are designed to protect users from unfair business practices, misleading advertising, or faulty goods and services. Organizers and Attendees alike are expected to adhere to these laws when creating, promoting, or participating in events.
- Data Protection and Privacy: As a platform operating under UK law, Eventful Sunday complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. The privacy and security of personal information are governed by these regulations, ensuring that your data is handled in accordance with strict legal standards.
- Intellectual Property Law: Any claims regarding intellectual property, such as copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or ownership of content uploaded to the platform, will be handled under the applicable UK intellectual property laws.
13.3 International Users
While Eventful Sunday primarily operates within the United Kingdom, users from other countries may access the platform. However, international users must acknowledge that the platform is governed by UK law and agree that their interactions with Eventful Sunday, including any legal claims, will be subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales. This section is particularly relevant to:
- International Attendees: If you are attending an event hosted in the UK but reside in another country, you agree that any legal issues relating to your use of Eventful Sunday will be handled in accordance with UK law.
- International Organizers: If you are an Organizer based outside the UK but are promoting events within the UK through Eventful Sunday, you agree that your use of the platform, including any disputes, will be governed by UK law.
International users may be subject to additional local laws and regulations in their home countries. However, any claims or disputes arising from your use of Eventful Sunday must still be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and UK law will take precedence.
13.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution
CubeQ Analytica encourages the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms where appropriate, to resolve disputes amicably and without the need for litigation. This section outlines the options available to resolve disputes between Users and CubeQ Analytica before escalating to formal court proceedings.
- Mediation: In the event of a dispute, both parties may agree to mediation, whereby an independent third-party mediator helps facilitate a resolution. Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process that can often resolve disputes more quickly and cost-effectively than litigation.
- Arbitration: In some cases, the parties may agree to binding arbitration. Arbitration involves the appointment of an independent arbitrator who will review the case and make a final decision that is legally binding on both parties. Arbitration may be preferred for disputes involving complex contractual issues.
- Benefits of ADR: ADR methods can help resolve disputes efficiently, preserve business relationships, and avoid the costs and delays associated with court proceedings. CubeQ Analytica is open to exploring ADR options as a means of resolving disputes fairly.
13.5 User Responsibilities Regarding Governing Law
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge your responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and regulations that govern your use of the platform. This includes:
- Local Laws: While UK law governs the platform, you must also comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, particularly in relation to consumer protection, data privacy, and business practices. For example, if you are an Organizer hosting an event in a country outside of the UK, you must ensure that your event complies with local venue regulations, safety protocols, and legal standards.
- Cross-Border Transactions: International Attendees and Organizers must ensure that any cross-border transactions (e.g., purchasing tickets from abroad or selling tickets to international audiences) comply with relevant tax laws, import/export regulations, and other legal requirements. CubeQ Analytica is not responsible for ensuring that users are compliant with local laws when conducting cross-border transactions.
13.6 Legal Disputes Between Users
While Eventful Sunday operates as a platform connecting Organizers and Attendees, disputes may arise between users of the platform. For example:
- Attendees may dispute refund policies or event cancellations with Organizers.
- Organizers may have contractual disputes with vendors or performers associated with their events.
CubeQ Analytica is not a party to such disputes and does not mediate or resolve conflicts between users. However, CubeQ Analytica provides the necessary tools and communication channels for users to address these disputes themselves. If a legal dispute escalates to the point of litigation or formal ADR, the jurisdiction and governing law will be determined by the relationship between the users, the specific contracts in place, and the relevant laws of their locations.
In cases where CubeQ Analytica is not directly involved in a dispute, the platform will cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities as required, providing relevant data and documentation if requested by legal authorities under appropriate legal standards.
13.7 Enforcement of Judgments
If legal action is taken and a judgment is rendered by a court in England or Wales, the enforcement of that judgment will be subject to the laws and procedures governing civil judgments in the UK. International users must be aware that enforcing a judgment in their home country may require additional legal proceedings, and CubeQ Analytica cannot guarantee the enforceability of UK judgments in foreign jurisdictions.
- Severability
Then clause ensures that if any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. This section outlines how CubeQ Analytica will handle situations where one or more provisions of the Terms are deemed unenforceable while preserving the overall validity of the agreement.
14.1 Unenforceable Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will:
- Be Limited in Scope: The court may modify or limit the scope of the provision to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable. This means that while the original provision may have been broader, the court will narrow its application to ensure it complies with applicable law.
- Be Removed if Necessary: If the provision cannot be modified in a way that makes it enforceable, it will be deemed severed from the Terms. The removal of this provision will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14.2 Continued Validity of Remaining Terms
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms. This ensures that the overall agreement between CubeQ Analytica and the User remains intact, and the remaining provisions continue to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Intent of the Agreement: The intention behind this clause is to preserve the original intent of the agreement as much as possible, even if one or more provisions are removed or altered.
14.3 Reformation of the Agreement
In cases where a provision is deemed unenforceable and cannot be modified or limited by the court, CubeQ Analytica may reform the agreement by updating the Terms and notifying Users of the changes. This process ensures that the legal validity of the agreement is maintained over time, despite any judicial findings that affect specific provisions.
